The court house was a bit 'crowded' for comfort. There sat the judge, and the two trouble makers. "I hear by say, that you Katie owe Mr.Yakaru 150 dollars for smashing his car window"."But, I swear I saw a fucking box of pills!". "Enough, of your tricking lies!". Katie stood up spitting on the ground then flipping off the judge while gripping the table flipping it. "Anger Issues...The flaw of the land", Katie then threw a chair at Katsura as soon as he finished talking. Raising a fist, the element of 'blaze' spun from it smashing back the chair into the air as the ash fell onto Katie. The judge ordered Katie to a 10 year sentence in jail. This was known to be the 'newest punishment' in the court house. The judge slammed down his hammer, and the public began to leave. Katsura was questioned by a few reporters, none to the less he ignored them. Katsura stood up where a hole 2 centimeters above his anus where his white cat like tail stood, as for his cat ears finally standing. After leaving, report's still questioned him what was it like when she smashed his car and how did he dealt with it. Katsura ignored them walking off into the distance.

Arriving at a diner, he set his coat on a hook near the corner. Katsura, white classic opened shirt, a red neck tie, and black slick leather jeans. Tactic. Katsura sat over to the window side, he ordered a glass of iced tea to soothe down his 'Cat Bitter'. As the waiter arrived and placed the glass on the table, Katsura picked it as he aimed it towards the sun. It gleamed off the top reflecting to the top of the building, it had seemed like the answer was rather in the skies. Where angels flew with bright wings, it was a human's wish to flutter in the sky's with great bright wings? Therefore a new age is upon them, one that would bring hope and another that would cause destruction. Katsura lifted the iced tea over to his mouth tipping it as the cold liquid sank deep into his throat, wiping off the leftover unwanted fluids from his face with a napkin. The most would happen today, he would just have to wait to find out.

Well as it wasn't that of a busy day things got a lot more interested. "Go find the guy and bring him back..." This was the order that Mark "Kage" Itelion got from his boss, which was hard to believe that he could get away like that. But the most interesting thing was that the man was sentenced to 10 years in jail for a crime that happens everyday, is this the way to stop corruption? Nekos have lost much respect from this God forsaken world which made Kage a bit angry seeing how this pure race which has no chance fighting against anyother are used as slaves and seen as criminals and are constant targets to any other criminal. Law and order must be established and every race should be looked at equal terms.

Kage had finally located the man he was pursuing, flying almost around the whole district it did take him some time just to locate him, but there he was sitting down and enjoying a iced tea. He entered the place that the man was sitting, he then sat right in front of the man looking at him with his golden eyes. Kage's wings were shown and pretty much the man knew that he worked for the law enforcement. "Katsura Neko Yakaru.." He said with a normal tone opening the files that he got from his boss... "High School Teacher... 28 years old... Neko..." Kage then sighed closing the file and puting it on the table. "Okay.. Now can you please tell me about the incident that happened today?" He added with a smile on his face, showing that he really did care about it, he always had a soft spot for Nekos and knowing that most of the law was a bit harsh for them this made him feel bad that he hasn't done anything to stop these incidents...

The sun began to set low for a sudden moment but stopped, what could of caused this? The world may never know. As for that the cup gleamed in the eyes of Kage, a man with wings who had just walked in. "Sorry" Katsura said setting down the cup. He looked over to kage, with great big wings. The human's every wish, "Katsura Neko Yakaru.." He had known Katsura's name. In a mod tune Katsura spoke, "Hm?" "High School Teacher... 28 years old... Neko..." This man knew a bit much of Katsura. In his own eyes he seemed to be a reporter or such. Most reporter's had not known ANYTHING about him but his tail and ears. Katsura's tail curled up against the seat as he sat 'crisp-crossed'. In detail it was rather a catchy subject to begin with. Katsura cached on.

The man in front of him sighed while he rested down the files as he spoke, "Okay.. Now can you please tell me about the incident that happened today?". Katsura closed his eyes as he spoke, "2 days ago, I was at my old tent sleeping where I hear a bang and then a alarm. I get out of bed and look outside where a crazy women with a sledgehammer is smashing the window to bits. As I walk down she repeats it completely destroying my front window, by the time I get there she tries to reach in but I tackle her down and mange to take away the sledge hammer. Finally, the cops arrive and take her away" Finally, Katsura opened them as he crossed his arms. Waiting for a response.

Hearing Katsura out made him see that it was a tipical criminal activity these days, yet he was a high school teacher which made this case a bit more interesting and he was a Neko which made Kage a bit furious to how things were going so far. Kage then called the waiter and ordered a glass of water, it was all he needed so far. "Do you want something my friend?" Kage smiled asking Katsura as he moved his look towards him. They were going to sit there for a bit so if he was hungry or something he should let him know right now.

As the waiter went to get the glass of water first Kage continued talking to Katsura, when the waiter returns he will tell him to get anything that Katsura wants, it will be on his treat. "Okay.. This was an incident that happens everyday, but the thing is that it bugs me is that 70% of the criminal activity is either blamed on Nekos or are done to Nekos." Kage moved Katsura's file towards him. "This is your file, it's only a copy but let me assure you that I know everything about you, but it's my job to know those kind of things. Yet I didn't want to read your abilities finding it that it wouldn't be equal if I do not explain mine. For the sake of being equal that is." He added with a smile as the waiter returned placing the glass of water on the table, Kage turned towards the waiter and thanked him for his service, he also gave the waiter a little extra for his services, it made the waiter smile. "Now... Before I continue is there anything you want to know about me?" Kage asked as he returned his eyes towards Katsura, waiting for his response.

Katsura looked over to his emptey glass, that was filled with iced tea. As Kage spoke, "Do you want something my friend?" with a smile Katsura replied, "Well, Iced Tea would be nice". Katsura's stomach growled, as the waiter finally had gotten there he took a drink out of the cup. Resting the glass down on the able. A bit of a catch though, the sun gleamed hopefully. In the city of Nazareth Neko's were kept on the streets or kept for pets/slaves for Drug Lords. Katsura planned to end all of that and successfully defeat the Drug Lords. He would first have to gather information about them, considering where there 'base' is, maybe Kage had some files that were about the drug lords. Soon he would find out.

"Okay.. This was an incident that happens everyday, but the thing is that it bugs me is that 70% of the criminal activity is either blamed on Nekos or are done to Nekos." Katsura took the files that Kage had shifted over to him, as he took out some paper work. "It's true, Neko's are known to be the lowest of the low around these parts". "This is your file, it's only a copy but let me assure you that I know everything about you, but it's my job to know those kind of things. Yet I didn't want to read your abilities finding it that it wouldn't be equal if I do not explain mine. For the sake of being equal that is." The waiter had came again, Katsura ordered cheese cake and a spoon to go with it. Katsura spooned the dish as he listened to Kage. "Now... Before I continue is there anything you want to know about me?", Kage had exclaimed. "Well first, I would like to know what your name is, and what exactly you are", Katsura spoke. A bit bluntly but truthfully.

It was nice seeing Katsura pretty much enjoying the cheese cake that he ordered, Kage would always help even if that isn't needed. But this was a serious mather so he had to see if there was a way to change that. It was true that Neko's were treated to be the weak but they should be treated equaly, this is why the corruption has to stop, not only for the sake of Neko but for the sake of the whole world. But we all know what they say, it's best to start slow than to die fast.. This made Kage sigh as he moved his look from the glass of water to Katsura again, he took a sip of the water from the glass making his necklace glow a pure blue ocean color.

"Well first, I would like to know what your name is, and what exactly you are"" To that Kage grabbed another file and moved it from his side of the table to Katsura. "This is my file. My name is Mark Itelion, codename "Kage"." He said as he pointed at the file. "In there you can find out a little about me, some of the major things have been cut out, but all you need to know is that I'm an angel. I work for the disciplinary squad and also for a undercover unit known as the "Ghost Operatives". Our soul purpose it to stop the corruption and to bring the balance to every race. But as you know, there is also corruption in every force that is why I am here." Kage moved his hand on the glass of water, making the liquid from it start to go out of it and extend, it was more like making it grow than just manipulating it. "You see... I have taken down a few Drug Lords in the past three years, many were one of the best... You probably heard about the "Freeze" two years ago? That caught two Drug Lords while they were negotiating..." At that point the water that was manipulated in the air suddenly froze solid, making a solid ice cold figure shaped into a sword, it wasn't big but showed his ability. He then grabbed the sword by it's handle and moved it onto the table. "I can control water and wind, thus combining these two elements I can also use ice. This is why I'm here to see you." Kage moved his look at Katsura's eyes, waiting for his response.

As if the cheese was the filling, and the spoon was humanity. The cheese cake was the world's production and Katsura's mouth was how 'Life went on'. Humanity scooped the world's production as it came along as Life went on. Katsura clapped his hand's together as he thanked his new friend 'Kage' for lunch, finally he ate the strawberry. The fluids dripped as his teeth sank into the core. Juicy...Neko's were probably the strawberry in this work of art. They were chewed on and completely used for less of there potential, Katsura whipped his mouth with a napkin as he spoke, "It's nice to meet you Mr.Itelion" Kage had gave his files to Katsura as he opened them and read them. Angel huh..Katsura sighed as he finished reading Mark's test files, "How come you just hand me the files? I could easily just give this to the bounty hunter's of the world while exposing your secret across the city of Nazareth".

It was simply a test to see if Mark had a trick up his sleeve or he was pretty much willing to become friends with Katsura. Katsura's ears began to flap in the harsh wind that shocked them, Katsura's eyes now laid upon Kage's in the distance. After he was gave a answer he would would bust out laughing holding his stomach, then rest. Katsura would then stand up and stretch.

Kage moved his look at the crowd that was passing by them, so many races passing by hopefully they don't cause trubble. He knew about Katsura being a bounty hunter but they had a common goal, peace and to make Neko's equal. This was the one thing that made him hope that Katsura wouldn't do what he planned, even if he did that most likely the bounty hunters would just be captured by his hand and sent to jail. Fighting against Kage was not the best solution, in which many have though otherwise and that was their mistake. But today wasn't a day for things like that, this was serious. "You could... But then you couldn't locate many Drug Lords and free your friends and family.. Neko's really are abused and I am here to stop that!" He exclaimed as he continued to look at Katsura. "If we work together we might stop the corruption... It might be strange but I need someone like you as my partner. If you aren't interested then say so.." Kage added moving his look back to the ice sword that was on the table, it was just for decoration purposes and that is why it started to melt, Kage made the water from the ice slowly return to his glass.

"You could... But then you couldn't locate many Drug Lords and free your friends and family.. Neko's really are abused and I am here to stop that!" Kage said as he looked over to Katsura closely. "If we work together we might stop the corruption... It might be strange but I need someone like you as my partner. If you aren't interested then say so.." Katsura smirked, "Alright, I'm in. But just a thought do you have anyone else on this investigation?" Katsura was thinking that Mark had just started a team for it or he has already built one. Either way it would still work. Summer wouldn't last long, and school would start soon. Katsura would have to go back as a High School Teacher.

It was like he expected though he really did not want to drag anyone in this kind of stuff, they could be quite dangerous at some points since these weren't ordinary Drug Lords, they were one of the best and this is why they had to meet like this, so they don't sent a spy or something. A few seconds later he got his answer. "I'm making a new team.. You see, I can't trust my comrades from the force, you know what's the corruption these days.." He added lowering his voice a bit down, who know who was watching them.. "For now it's only you and me.. If we can get a few more people this could be project "Shutdown" and the final blow to those pesky Drug Lords.." He added as he now handed him another file, this one was diferent from the others. "Here you can find out information about their movement and the targets names and region they do bussiness in. But you must know don't go alone in this without thinking a plan. I know that you are strong but it's simply that sooner or later they will hunt you down, and I want to avoid that..." He added now moving his look to the file as Katsura should be a bit interested to see what was inside, most of them were common Drug Lords but there were new ones that no one could suspect and were hidding under the radar..

Katsura took the last sip of his Iced tea as the ice cubes in the cup seemed to be melting from the sun's harmful rays. Katsura sighed, it seemed that he and Mark could be a swell team indeed. School was starting soon, summer wouldn't last forever. "A new team eh? Well we should probably plan are move. I know a pet store not to far from here owning free cats. And only cats. There's gaurds there carrying pistols in there pockets. A few Surprise agents in the bushes carrying a few knifes." Katsura rested his cup on the table looking over to Kage as he pushed his arms on the table landing his palms hard against the wood. He narrowed his eyes around the people walking by, "Maybe we should talk somewhere private, here's my number". Katsura slid his number on the table, 868-352-1256.

Kage continued to listen to Katsura, this became slightly interesting since he really didn't know how Katsura worked and that was the best thing right now. He was a bit bored by the usual "stab me in the back" plans that his "team" was having at the moment. Which made him lose sight of what is good and what is wrong. Thus making him work behind their back, it was all for the greater good. At the moment Katsura was right, somebody could be listening to their conversation, knowing how things were going it won't be long before somebody starts listening to their conversation. "Okay.. But be careful... Don't trust anybody... And whatever you do, don't tell anybody about our conversation. It's best if people don't think we are hanging out... But yeah, Ill call you as soon as I hear of something that you are interested." As he finished he took Katsura's number. "But if you have any trouble you can find me in the Asmodeus District. Don't worry, Ill be looking after you from now on." He said and with that he extended his hand towards Katsura. "Partner?" And with that he waited for his reaction, he already had everything covered and will help Katsura in anyway, with the law and other things so that his back was covered, in return all he was looking for was a friend...

Katsura smiled as he heard, "Okay..But be careful...Don't trust anybody...And whatever you do, don't tell anybody about our conversation". Katsura stood up getting his coat from the hanger, he putted it on as he turned back and Kage extended his hand, "Partner?". Katsura then extended his hand back and shacked with him saying, "Partners". Katsura left the diner as he got peppermint dropping into his mouth the day was near the fallen night.

As Katsura left Kage stood up, moving his hand inside his white suit reaching for his phone. At that point he dialed a number and started walking towards the door of the diner. "Okay, I will be needing the list now. Great, thanks." The call was short and very important but who Kage called can't be revealed, it's one of his contacts that was under his own personal protection. With that Kage exited the diner having a smile on his face. "It's time to change things.." And with that Kage left the diner and continued flying with his wings toward the first checkpoint. There he will start forming the first plan and inform Katsura as soon as he does anything important. But he will be watching over Katsura, helping him in times of need.
