Personality:
Azrael is appears to be a calm, understanding rational person at first glance, however, extended interaction with him will reveal his true nature. Since his early life, he has been a short-tempered impatient person who doesn't tolerate much disappointment. Due to his short tempered nature, he is prone to violent fits and will take out his rage on anyone around without feeling remorse when the act is over. He dislikes for people or things to keep him waiting so he usually avoids working with people at all costs but he is easily able to recognize when he needs the help of others and doesn't see it necessary to hide his needs since it will only cause a delay in his plans or whatever he is trying to achieve.

Azrael is also exceedingly arrogant. He thinks of creatures who aren't Goetian as lesser beings who don't deserve to breathe the same air as them or who doesn't deserve to be in the presence of them. And he even thinks himself superior to the other Goetians and doesn't accept being looked down on so easily. He dislikes when people talk to him as if they are of the same level because through his eyes everyone is beneath him, and he treats everyone as such. Though he has a personal hierarchy on which he decides whether or not he likes certain people or not or determine whether they will be useful to him for whatever he may need presently or in the future.

Despite being arrogant, Azrael is capable of recognizing others strengths and talents, and though praise from him is very rare, he will praise those who he believes deserves to be praised. However, despite acknowledging the strength of others, even if he sees it, he will never admit a feat better than his unless he is truly impressed by someone or unless they make him think twice about his own skills. As he has an abundance of confidence in himself and if one was able to make him question his ability, than he finds it truly worthy of being recognized by him and will do so.

Azrael is both sadistic and masochistic. He enjoys torturing not only his opponents, but his allies. He takes pride in hurting and humiliating others and because of this, he tends to drag fights out in order to get the full ecstasy from causing pain to others, and hearing them scream and cry and beg for mercy. The thing he enjoys most from his torturing is the blood. The blood of other people turns him on and he often attacks in ways that will get him the most blood or sometimes the least as a little tease for himself, however, he often does this unconsciously. Just as he loves to cause pain and suffering, he also loves to receive it as well. Pain makes him feel alive and excites him to no end. It motivates him to fight harder and enjoy it while it lasts. Just like blood, being humiliated also turns him on depending on the person who does it. Azrael likes people who can make him feel vulnerable because it makes him aware that he is not the strongest and he still has reasons to keep on living and fighting and gives him purpose.

Even though he seems mostly serious, he has his own sense of humor as well. He finds humor in things that most turn away from such as death and misfortune of others and sometimes his own. He often enjoys teasing people and attacking them mentally to see what reactions they would show him and most reactions tend to please him because the fact that the person reacted to him shows that they were effected even in the slightest. But mostly, suffering keeps him happy and often eases the stress of his days enough to get him through it.

However, if he had one redeeming quality, it would be his honesty. Azrael is a straightforward person and he never feels the need to tell a lie. Though he doesn't always tell the complete truth, and often tricks people into believing one thing by telling them another, he can say that he is never dishonest with anyone, and be telling the truth. He finds it difficult to keep up with lies and feels he has better things to do than to try to remember each lie he's told and what to say to keep them believable. Also, he thinks of lying as disgraceful dirty tricks and even though he only does things to benefit himself, he still considers himself to be an honest person and this contributes to his thinking he is better than everyone else because almost no one can tell only the truth like he does and he is proud of this.
Appearance: Azrael is a tan skinned, tall, muscular man. His eyes shine a gold color which many find alluring, but they are very misleading. His hair is black and remains straight falling down to about an three inches below his neck. He almost always appears serious and expressionless. His teeth are rather sharp, but they are very white and he has a bright smile, when he does smile. Aside from the hair on the top of his head, the rest of his body is free of hair. His skin is perfect, without blemishes or any other distinguishing marks on his body. His facial features are in perfect proportion with his body. His looks only contribute to his arrogance for he believes there is nothing more beautiful than himself. He doesn't have a particular style of dress, the way he dresses depends mostly on his mood at the time. Azrael has a pair of wings that are only out and visible when he wishes for them to be. His wings are blood red and can be hardened at will.

Ability: Blood & Cell Manipulation
Description: Azrael has a unique ability to manipulate his own blood. He uses a rather unique form of liquid manipulation to change certain properties of his blood and he is capable of hardening it and liquifying it at will. However, is can not be done without the user willing it to do so. When his blood is hardened, he is impervious to physical attacks. When his blood is liquified, it can be a deadly poison if it enters another beings blood stream. Because of the multiple blood based attacks, he found away to rapidly produce cells in his body and therefore increased his regenerative abilities to a point where he is capable of restoring a whole limb, but not a brain or a heart. He can use his blood to create weapons and defense structures around himself.
Bloody Rain- The user tosses his blood at a target or into the air and despite originally being blood drops, they rain down on the target as needle like projectiles with high piercing capabilities. Also, if they enter the blood stream, the blood will slowly eat away at the victims target, causing a great deal of pain but allowing a great amount of time for the victim to be treated.
Blood Blade- The user will swing a limb that has a cut on it, whether it be big or small, and blood will be released from it and hurled towards the target. The attack is not capable of cutting, but it can smash into enemies and possibly crush their body parts whether it be inside of outside depending on the position both the user and attacker is in.
Blood Goblins- The user will leak a significant amount of blood on the ground and from the puddle[s] of blood, black creatures about three feet tall will form and attack the enemy. Due to them being made of Azrael's blood, they have the ability to shift their limbs into weapons of their choice.
Blood Shield- The user creates a shield of blood around their entire body forming an armor of sorts. Despite the thinness of it, the armor is capable of receiving quite a bit of damage before it shatters and it can also be liquified at will.
Blood trap- Stepping in Azrael's blood will trap anyone who isn't Azrael and if he wills it, the blood will slowly begin to cover the body of the person who is caught in it and once it covers their entire body, or once Azrael wills it, the blood will harden trapping them as a statue of sorts until the blood is broken or until Azrael decides to free them from the blood.

Looks: The sword has a white feather hanging from the end of it. The handle of the sword is red with a gold circle in the center of it, and one gold ring at the end of the handle, and another attaching the feather. The guard is a gold colored square with two smaller squares inside of it. The blade of the katana is slightly curved and appears to be a dark gray color. The sheath is red as well and near the mouth of the sheath, a white cord is wrapped around it.
Material: The sword is made from layered steel, however, it is infused with a significant amount of dark energy for the purpose of increasing it's cutting capability.

Abilities: The blade was forged to cut through the hardest of material. Also, inside the sword resides a spirit beast that can be summoned to aid it's master(the wielder of the sword) in battles or any other situations where it is required. However, the user must have tamed the beast in the sword in order to use it effectively and not have it turn on the master.
Summoning- When Azrael's katana is drawn, he has the choice to summon the giant beast inside the katana to do his bidding. The beast is a chimera, with a lions head, and snakes for tails. The beast is overall covered in black fur with the exception of the grayish mane and the white tail snakes. The beast has twelve eyes, six on each side of it's face and they are purple, unless the beast is angry in which case they will glow red. Each of the chimera's teeth are pointed and sharp enough to bite through most material, like the blade of the Saigo no ha. The beast has great strength and spiritual power and it has a single technique so far.
The beast can be used for a maximum of 3 posts at a time with a 7 post cool down in between.
Ominous Roar- The beast will use it's might power and roar out creating a powerful wave of energy in all directions powerful enough to shatter the glass of multiple glass buildings and severely injure someone in close enough range.

History: For as long as he could remember, Azrael was alone. His parents never died, they just abandoned him, and he was left without a clue as to where he came from. He was never very popular with people. Most people found his arrogance unbearable. When he did find friends, they were used as experiments to test Azrael's developing powers and new ways to use them. Before he reached the age of ten, he had killed dozens of people as tests of his ability, and he grew to enjoy the killing with time and each death he caused. Because of his new found interest, he became even more isolated from people, for it wasn't a secret that he enjoyed the thrill of killing people, and most people found themselves powerless to stop him, so he was allowed to do the things that he wished, with no one to tell him otherwise. In time, he became known for his cruelness and he was contacted by the military, he was offered a position which he accepted with little to no hesitation, he was mostly in it for the killing, but he also so it as a chance to pursue multiple opportunities at once. He was a spy, a killer, and he was learning of the workings of war all at once. Behind the cover of his job, he was working on his own plan as well, and he intends to do it on his own as he always been.
